The Site reserves the right to use any material relating to a product and any content published on the site for marketing, promotional or publishing purposes, without limitation of use.

It should be noted that the Site only accepts immaterial products, i.e. products that do not require physical delivery and do not authorise an encounter between the seller and the customer. The entire delivery process must take place in the Site's order manager.

Rate per video or movie

Basic rate

The basic rate of videos and movies is set at $0 excluding bank charges and VAT, and gives free access to all members, but may give the seller the opportunity to make a tip in the form of a donation.

Users can set a price for their videos and the minimum price is $2 excluding bank charges and VAT. OK-KO TUBE earns 10 per cent commission excluding VAT on this price;

Users are allowed to publish ads and the cost per view is $0.1 excluding bank charges and VAT and $0.5 excluding bank charges and VAT per click. Each video editor will earn 0.2$ per ad excluding bank charges and VAT.

Withdrawal of money

  1. Bank accounts and minimums

In order to be able to recover the amounts present in his Wallet, the Seller must have a bank account identified by an IBAN number and a BIC (or SWIFT) number and provide it on the Site in the edition of his Account. He can also use a PayPal account or Mobile Money Account. The seller can declare several accounts on the Site. The amount that can be withdrawn by the Seller must be a minimum of $50 by transfer and PayPal and a minimum of $50 by Mobile Money.

  1. Withdrawal Process

The withdrawal request is made from the “Parameters” then “balance” menu and can be done at any time. Once the withdrawal request has been made, the withdrawal appears in the list with the status "pending". The Site will then check this transfer request and validate it manually to ensure that fraud and money laundering are avoided. Once the verification procedure is completed, which can take up to 5 working days, the transfer changes to "validated" status and the money is sent to the account previously selected by the user. It is specified that the Site cannot be held responsible for difficulties in receiving the transfer in the case of incorrect, incomplete or invalid banking data provided by the user when requesting a withdrawal, a wrong PayPal address or a malfunction of his Mobile Money account.

When a Member has sponsorship earnings available, they can withdraw them from their wallet and then use them to purchase on OK KO TUBE or withdraw them from their bank account, PayPal / Mobile money.

  1. Blocked withdrawal

In the event that the site observes irregularities or in the delivery process, withdrawals will be blocked and the Site will then contact the user.

  1. Fees

The amounts withdrawn will be credited to the bank account provided by the user on the Site, their PayPal or Mobile money account.

It should be noted that the Site will not take any commission on an interbank withdrawal but that fees may be applied by the user's bank. It is therefore advisable for the user to find out about these fees from their own bank.

The Site will take a commission on a withdrawal via Mobile money but fees will be applied to the user by the latter during the withdrawal.

Finally, fees will be applied by the Site when withdrawing from PayPal equivalent to the fees that PayPal charges the Site, i.e. 2% of the total amount of the withdrawal. For more details : https://www.paypal.com/fr/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#017

Concerning Collective Management Companies

What is a collective management companies?

Collective management companies act as intermediaries between copyright holders and users.

Authors and composers can join collective management companies to receive royalties linked to the use of their works. These companies control the performances and distribution of works on radio, television, public places and online.

How do collective management companies work?

They generally operate in a given country or region and enter into agreements with collective management organisations in other countries or regions. These agreements set the conditions under which royalties owed in a country or region are paid to authors and composers based abroad.

Example : A Congolese songwriter can earn royalties when a band plays one of his songs in a London pub or when a fan covers one of his songs in a video posted online.

What are the obligations of OK-KO TUBE creators towards collective management organisations?

You may receive notice that one of your videos contains copyrighted content managed by one or more music collectives. This means the OK-KO TUBE system has identified one or more musical compositions in your video which could, as part of the rights, be claimed by a collective management organisation.

Reviews from collective management organisations appear on the page, next to the relevant videos.

As an OK-KO TUBE creator, what can I do?

If you receive such a notice and think your video has been claimed in error, listen to it again and ask yourself the following questions :

  • Does your video contain background sound?
  • Can you hear someone singing or playing a repeat?

If your response is yes to any of these questions, be mindful that this type of use of copyrighted works often requires paying royalties to authors and composers.

If you are sure that your video does not include any protected content, you can contact us.

Submit a copyright removal request

If any of your copyrighted works have been posted on OK-KO TUBE without your permission, you may request that the content in question be removed for copyright infringement. Submitting a copyright removal request is a legal action.

Before submitting a copyright removal request, you should consider the following:

  1. Copyright Protection Exceptions: Determine whether fair use, fair dealing, or any other exception to copyright protection applies. We may ask you to confirm that you took these scenarios into account. If you do not respond appropriately or if a copyright exception applies, the content identified in your request will not be deleted.
  2. Personal Informations Ensure you understand how your contact information is used when submitting a copyright removal request.
  • Remember that only the copyright owner or an authorised agent can submit a removal request.

Submit a copyright removal request
