وصل كيم جونغ أون إلى بيونغ يانغ عائدا من روسيا على متن قطاره المصفح. رحلة كيم تضمنت عقد قمة مع الرئيس الروسي بوتين وكشفت عن روابط عسكرية محتملة بين كوريا الشمالية وروسيا، مما أثار قلقا في العواصم الغربية.

وصل زعيم كوريا الشمالية كيم جونغ-أون الأربعاء إلى العاصمة بيونغ يانغ، بعد أن اختتم زيارة "خالدة" إلى روسيا استمرت أسبوعا، وكان في استقباله المواطنون وكبار المسؤولين، على ما أفادت وسائل إعلام رسمية.

وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الكورية المركزية الرسمية في بيونغ يانغ عن عودة كيم إلى العاصمة على متن قطاره المصفّح مساء الثلاثاء "بصحة جيدة بعد قيامه بالأنشطة الثورية الخارجية الخالدة، التي ستُسجل إلى الأبد في تاريخ تطور الصداقة بين جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديموقراطية وروسيا".

والرحلة التي قام بها كيم إلى أقصى الشرق الروسي، وتضمنت عقد قمة بينه وبين الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، ركّزت على الجانب الدفاعي وكشفت عن روابط عسكرية محتملة بين البلدين بعد أن استعرض كيم عدداً من المعدّات من بينها صواريخ فضائية وغوّاصات.

وعزّزت زيارة كيم إلى روسيا المخاوف الغربية من أن تزوّد بيونغ يانغ موسكو بأسلحة لحربها في أوكرانيا. وتبادل الزعيمان الكوري الشمالي والروسي البنادق، خلال الزيارة، لتعكس بشكل رمزي مستوى العلاقات، وأعلن كيم أن العلاقات الثنائية مع روسيا في "مقدمة أولوياته".

وعلى الرغم من أن موسكو وبيونغ يانغ حليفتان تاريخيتان وتعود العلاقات بينهما إلى الحرب الكورية، إلا أن بكين كانت منذ فترة طويلة أكبر شريك تجاري لكوريا الشمالية ومن أهم الممولين لها.

وتخضع كل من كوريا الشمالية وروسيا لعقوبات دولية بسبب برامج بيونغ يانغ النووية والصاروخية ونتيجة غزو موسكو لأوكرانيا. ولفت خبراء ومسؤولون أميركيون إلى أن روسيا مهتمة بشراء الذخيرة لاستخدامها في أوكرانيا، بينما تبحث بيونغ يانغ عن تحديث معداتها العسكرية التي تعود إلى الحقبة السوفياتية.
