Eastern philosophy has become more and more popular in the West, partly due to it's practicality and partly due to the fact that it works to help people feel less stressed, more present, compassionate, peaceful and generally happier.

This is a compilation of Eastern Wisdom from Taoism, to Buddhism and the quotes and wisdom in between.

Both Taoism and Buddhism help people orient themselves in the world by promoting presence of mind, how we relate to each other and the world around us, and a general personal philosophy that helps structure our thoughts to be constructive, deliberate and mindful, rather than reactive and scattered.
