1. Boil large pot of water
2. Preheat oven to 425F/220C
3. Lay out chicken onto a parchment lined sheet tray. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Lay the salmon onto a parchment lined sheet tray skin side down. Season with salt and pepper
5. Bake the chicken and salmon at 425F/220C
6. At around the 15 minute mark, check the Salmon. It’s done cooking when the internal temp reaches 130-140F/55-60C.
7. The chicken should be done after cooking for between 20-25 minutes depending on the size of the breasts. They’re done when the internal temperature reaches 150-160F/65-70C
8. Transfer salmon and chicken to wide, flat storage containers in the fridge (lid off) to cool
9. Salt the now-boiling water very well and add in chopped broccoli. Cook for about 90 seconds or until the broccoli has softened, but still has a little bite to it. Transfer the broccoli to a wire rack to drain
10. Add the carrots into the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until just tender, but still a little snappy. Transfer to wire rack to drain
11. Add the kale to the boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to drain
12. Add the brussel sprouts to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to drain
13. Increase oven temperature to 475F/245C
14. To cook the rice, combine 800g water with 600g rice and a very large pinch of salt in a rice cooker. Stir and set to cook on the white rice setting. Store in a container or two in the fridge until ready to use.
15. Slice potatoes in half. Replace the parchment paper from one of the protein sheet trays with a fresh sheet and add on sliced potatoes. Add a generous squeeze of olive oil and a large pinch of salt. Toss on the sheet tray to coat and arrange potatoes cut side down.
16. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into bite size cubes. Replace parchment paper from the second protein sheet tray with a fresh sheet and add diced sweet potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and toss to evenly coat.
17. Add both trays of potatoes into the oven to cook at 475F/245C. Cook for about 25 minutes until roasted, tender, and charred around the edges. Transfer potatoes into paper towel lined containers and store in the fridge.

Animation is a method by which still figures are manipulated to appear as moving images. In traditional animation, images are drawn or painted by hand on transparent celluloid sheets to be photographed and exhibited on film. Today, many animations are made with computer-generated imagery (CGI). Computer animation can be very detailed 3D animation, while 2D computer animation (which may have the look of traditional animation) can be used for stylistic reasons, low bandwidth, or faster real-time renderings. Other common animation methods apply a stop motion technique to two- and three-dimensional objects like paper cutouts, puppets, or clay figures. A cartoon is an animated film, usually a short film, featuring an exaggerated visual style. The style takes inspiration from comic strips, often featuring anthropomorphic animals, superheroes, or the adventures of human protagonists. Especially with animals that form a natural predator/prey relationship (e.g. cats and mice, coyotes and birds), the action often centers on violent pratfalls such as falls, collisions, and explosions that would be lethal in real life. The illusion of animation—as in motion pictures in general—has traditionally been attributed to the persistence of vision and later to the phi phenomenon and beta movement, but the exact neurological causes are still uncertain. The illusion of motion caused by a rapid succession of images that minimally differ from each other, with unnoticeable interruptions, is a stroboscopic effect. While animators traditionally used to draw each part of the movements and changes of figures on transparent cels that could be moved over a separate background, computer animation is usually based on programming paths between key frames to maneuver digitally created figures throughout a digitally created environment. Analog mechanical animation media that rely on the rapid display of sequential images include the phénakisticope, zoetrope, flip book, praxinoscope, and film. Television and video are popular electronic animation media that originally were analog and now operate digitally. For display on computers, technology such as the animated GIF and Flash animation were developed. In addition to short films, feature films, television series, animated GIFs, and other media dedicated to the display of moving images, animation is also prevalent in video games, motion graphics, user interfaces, and visual effects. The physical movement of image parts through simple mechanics—for instance, moving images in magic lantern shows—can also be considered animation. The mechanical manipulation of three-dimensional puppets and objects to emulate living beings has a very long history in automata. Electronic automata were popularized by Disney as animatronics.

Belle journée avec Dieu !
_______________

car lui-même a dit :

Quand Paul eut ainsi parlé,
il s’agenouilla
et pria avec eux tous.
Tous se mirent à pleurer abondamment ;
ils se jetaient au cou de Paul et l’embrassaient ;
Puis on l’accompagna jusqu’au bateau.

– Parole du Seigneur.

PSAUME
(Ps 67 (68), 29-30, 33.34c.35a, 36)
R/ Royaumes de la terre,
chantez pour le Seigneur.
ou : Alléluia ! (67, 33a)

Ton Dieu l’a commandé : « Sois fort ! »

Voici qu’il élève la voix, une voix puissante ;
rendez la puissance à Dieu.

Redoutable est Dieu dans son temple saint,
le Dieu d’Israël ;

Ta parole, Seigneur, est vérité ;
dans cette vérité, sanctifie-nous.
Alléluia. (cf. Jn 17, 17ba)

– Acclamons la Parole de Dieu.
