Prière à saint Jean Paul 2, fêté le 22 octobre. Karol Wojtyła (1920-2005) est né en Pologne. Ordonné prêtre, il devient évêque, puis archevêque de Cracovie. Élu pape en 1978 sous le nom de Jean-Paul II. Il est et sera toujours un modèle de vie, d’amour, de prière, de service et de sainte soumission à sa vocation propre. Saint Jean-Paul II, priez pour nous !

Que Notre Seigneur Jésus Christ vous bénisse abondamment et vous donne toutes les grâces dont vous avez besoin tout au long de cette journée.

Dieu, tu m’as donné
une tête pour bien penser
une bouche pour m’exprimer
des yeux pour admirer
des oreilles pour écouter
des mains pour prier, créer, partager
des pieds pour marcher sur le chemin de la Foi.
Dieu, je prie pour ne pas oublier
d’utiliser ce que tu m’as donné:
Un corps entier rempli d’amour!

Mon Dieu, j'ai péché contre toi et mes frères,
mais près de toi se trouve le pardon.
Accueille mon repentir
et donne-moi la force de vivre selon ton amour.
