Bienvenue en Bourgogne, à Alise-Sainte-Reine ! Alors Alise, ça ne vous dit peut être rien, mais je suis sûr que vous connaissez au moins un petit peu, puisqu'il s'agit de l'ancien nom de la ville d'Alésia ! C’est là, au MuséoParc Alésia, qu’on peut vraiment comprendre la Guerre des Gaules. Qui étaient ses chefs célèbres, César et Vercingétorix ? Étaient-ils si différents, est-ce que leurs peuples n’avaient pas des points communs ? Comment et pourquoi se sont-ils vraiment affrontés ? Et surtout : qu’est-ce qui explique la victoire romaine ? Est-ce que Vercingétorix avait perdu d’avance, ou est-ce que César dut donner son maximum pour organiser son armée, ses manœuvres, ses équipements de siège, et enfin l’emporter ?
