Au Brésil, São Paulo, la plus grande métropole sud-américaine, où vivent 12 millions d'habitants, abrite en son centre un territoire habité par des milliers de sans-abris et de toxicomanes : Cracolandia. Un enfer à ciel ouvert, le plus grand marché de drogues au monde où viennent s'abandonner des milliers de dépendants chaque jour, sous l'œil passif de la police.
Au-delà des échecs répétés des politiques publiques, souvent répressives, le psychiatre brésilien Flavio Falcone, grimé et déguisé en clown, repère et approche ses patients en offrant son soutien avec une détermination inébranlable. “Le clown représente l'espoir face à l'échec : on rit de lui parce qu'il trébuche, non pas parce qu'il réussit. Ceux qui vivent dans la rue s'identifient à lui”, explique-t-il.
Suivre Flavio, c’est accéder à un monde obscur, contrôlé par les gangs les plus influents du Brésil. Lui seul, affublé de son nez rouge, a obtenu un accès à cet univers âpre et impitoyable. Il casse l’a priori des accros sur la blouse blanche. Tous craignent le corps médical qu’ils associent aux programmes d'hospitalisation forcée. Une pratique que Flavio ne cautionne pas, car, pour lui, elle contribue à déshumaniser le patient. Lui, carbure à l’empathie. Aller au-devant des autres en se mettant à leur place. Une démarche simple et efficace qui lui vaut d’être accepté de tous, aussi bien des oubliés de Cracolandia que des membres de gangs.
Chaque jour, il arpente les rues pour parler et tenter de convaincre les hommes et les femmes en perdition de rejoindre son programme de réinsertion : un toit, un travail, un traitement.
Porté par la voix captivante de Matthieu Seel, ancien prisonnier de l'addiction sur la colline du crack à Paris, désormais libre et auteur de "Rien ne dure vraiment longtemps", plongée dans l'univers parallèle de Cracolandia, où les destins s'entrelacent et se brisent sous le poids des dépendances.

Bisou bass joue de bikutsi. Interviewé par Charles Manga Adalbert Ebongue <br />Bisou Bass, "le bassiste de la terre" est né le 22 Octobre 1979 à douala au Cameroun. Très jeune, il s'intéresse à la guitare grâce à son frère ainé musicien. Bisou Bass commence alors par apprendre à jouer de la guitare rythmique et solo. Mais, plutard, il est séduit par la guitare basse qui fait les beaux jours de plusieurs Camerounais en Europe. Il est tellement doué que en moins d'un an, il sillonne le pays avec les artistes majeurs du Cameroun. Très vite, il commence à se sentir à l'étroit et aménage chez son fameux frère musicien à Nice où il passe une saison et monte à la conquête de la capitale française. A Paris, il rencontre tous ses mentors et particulièrement Etienne Mbappè qui le conseille. Il devient alors l'un des bassistes de studio les plus demandés et forme la nouvelle équipe nationale du Makossa. Il comporte une partie cylindrique ornée sur son périmètre, dont le développement est de 185,5 m, de 60 colonnes engagées surmontées de chapiteaux ioniques et supportant une corniche. Cette partie présente quatre fausses portes situées aux points cardinaux. L'entrée véritable du monument, longtemps ignorée, située dans le soubassement, sous la fausse porte de l'Est, a été découverte lors de la campagne de fouilles.

While I have to admit this is not a Full Breakfast Fry Up, it is as close as I can get here in the States. Skillet roasted potatoes, eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans create this whole meal! It really does give you all the sustenance you need (until 2nd breakfast).
