Comme on dit, il vaut mieux prévenir que guérir, et ils ont même soutenu un centre de recherches afin de trouver des solutions pour lutter contre les inondations ! En ce moment aux infos, ça parle souvent de “crues historiques”, de “record de températures historiques”... Eh oui, on l’a déjà vu dans d’autres épisodes, le climat et l’Histoire… c’est très lié ! Une foule de chroniqueurs a noté dès l’Antiquité les phénomènes climatiques rares et les catastrophes naturelles, surtout quand elles étaient exceptionnelles. Les inondations par exemple, surprenaient beaucoup de monde, à cause de toutes les raisons possibles que ça arrive : fontes des neiges, fortes pluies, crues, séismes, tsunamis, ouragans…voire causes humaines, comme quand un barrage se brise ! Du coup, chaque époque avait ses risques, mais aussi sa façon de les interpréter : accident de la nature ? Châtiment divin ? Imprudence humaine ? C'est ce qu'on découvre aujourd'hui !

Je sais que vous êtes nombreux parmi les abonnés à avoir un ou plusieurs objets fétiches. Vous savez, ces petits objets que vous aimez particulièrement, qu’ils soient récents ou qu’ils vous aient été transmis il y a longtemps. Ça pourrait être un bijou, une bague par exemple, une belle cocotte en fonte, ou bien ce vieil Opinel qui accompagnait déjà votre grand-père sur les chemins de montagne. Les couteaux, c’est vrai, font partie des objets à forte dimension symbolique, et qui peuvent donner des souvenirs un peu “iconiques” quand on est gosse. Ce qui m’amène à une question : d’où viennent les couteaux ? Et comment les fabrique-t-on ? C’est ce que je vous propose de découvrir aujourd'hui !
