Jamun Fruit is one of the favorite fruits available in south Indian and Indonesian villages. Today, we are making a sweet fruit jam recipe using this fruit. We call this fruit Naaval Pazham. Some other people call this fruit a Black plum or Java fruit.

We cook jam with jamun fruit pulp and palm jaggery. We enjoy the jam with the bread.

The taste is yummy!

Chinese style steamed 🥚 Recipe-ish:
- Use 2:1 warm water to egg volume
- Add chicken bouillon powder and salt
- Mix hella hard
- Strain into a wide flat bowl
- Remove bubbles from surface with a spoon
- Cover w heat safe cling film, poke holes
- Steam on medium-low for ~14 min for 3 eggs (that's what I did)
- Top with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion
- 😩

Breakfast Fry Up is a must! 🍳🥓🔥

While I have to admit this is not a Full Breakfast Fry Up, it is as close as I can get here in the States. Skillet roasted potatoes, eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans create this whole meal! It really does give you all the sustenance you need (until 2nd breakfast).
