Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, close your eyes, relax and breathe deeply, (for best results listen with headphones). It is recommended that you listen to this every day for the next 30 days to cement the new images into your brain and create new pathways. Have fun :)

Allow yourself to see, feel and experience yourself as you wish to be. Use this powerful guided visualisation to recreate yourself in the way you would like to be. Where you are now is simply the conglomeration of all your past thoughts and desires. If you want something different to your current circumstances, choose something new now.

See and feel yourself as the product of your dreams and desires, hold this image, use trigger keys to remind you of where you are going and know that it is done.
You are the creator of your world. What would you like to happen?
What kind of career would make you truly happy, what kind of relationship would you feel most fulfilled in. How would you look and feel if you were already there?

Manifest your desires, see yourself as there, feel great about it. Use the incredible gift, The Law of Attraction and your powerful feelings and imagination to recreate yourself.

You are a powerful Creator, and the universe supports you in your growth and expansion.

Many blessings, love and light to you from Jess.
