Chicken and Garlic Stew | A Delicious and Fragrant Local Dish | Rural Cuisine
Sir Ghalieh (chicken and garlic stew) is a local northern Iranian dish.
This dish's main ingredient is fresh garlic leaves. In this meal, you will enjoy an exceptional and unique flavor of garlic and chicken that you may not have tasted before.
Perhaps using garlic leaves for cooking is uncommon in your region, which is why I attempted to teach you how to grow garlic leaves in this video.
Planting, cultivating, and picking veggies with your hands is much fun; I highly recommend it.
🔵Ingredients for 8 Servings:
2 whole chickens
800 gr Garlic Leaves
2 Cups Yellow Split Pea
8 Cups Water
5 Eggs
6 Tablespoons of Bitter Orange juice
Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Salt as needed
