📱 On Day 5 of this Life Transformation Challenge, Swami Mukundananda emphasizes the need to develop Self-Control and WillPower to resist temptations on the path to achieving our goals. Whenever our senses long for something that's not conducive to our growth (say addiction for eating junk food or wasting a lot of time in movies), we need to resist those desires immediately by exercising Willpower. We can never quench the longing of our senses through their fulfillment, but by practicing self-control. Watch more to find out.

Chaque jour sur le site 1jour1actu, l’info animée explique un mot ou un fait d’actualité avec pertinence et humour. Toutes les vidéos sont réalisées à partir de questions posées par les enfants.
D’abord, il faut trouver une idée, une histoire, des personnages… C’est la phase d’écriture. Elle finit quand le scénario est prêt avec toutes les scènes détaillées. Vient ensuite le dessin : les décors, les objets… Pour chaque personnage, on crée même des model sheets. Derrière ces mots anglais se cache une série de croquis montrant le héros sous tous les plans : de face, de dos, de profil, de trois quarts…Le storyboard, enfin, transforme le scénario écrit en dessins. Avec ses vignettes qui se suivent, le storyboard ressemble à une BD… mais sans bulles ! Il ne manque plus qu’à créer l’animation pour que tout se mette à bouger comme par magie. Et il y a de quoi faire pour une équipe entière. D’accord, mais comment ça marche ?

Tu Lam:
Born in Saigon, Lam's life journey took him from being a Vietnamese immigrant to an esteemed U.S. Army soldier, inspired by his family members' service. He has an impressive 22-year military career, most notably with the Special Operations Community, contributing his expertise in areas such as counter-terrorism, unconventional warfare, and force protection.
After his military service, Lam co-founded Ronin Tactics, offering real-world tactical training and developing tactical products to meet the rigorous demands of law enforcement and special operations. Besides his decorated military service, including receiving three Bronze Stars, he holds a BA in Homeland Security and Intelligence. Now living in Colorado, Lam continues to share his wealth of experience and leadership, inspiring others with his remarkable journey from Saigon to the Special Forces.

There is a stigma on self-talk as an outcome of mental distress, but the technique of "self-talk" when appropriately used not only shows empirically studied rises in an ability to regulate emotions, to focus, to identify new opportunities, and to see the world as a welcoming place. Furthermore, self-talk is especially essential for people of color or women who have been raised in a predominantly white, male, financially stable, thin, heterosexual, and Christian mainstream. In his TEDx Talk, Positive Psychology Coach Marc Cordon talks about the elements of self-talk...without having to change who you TRULY are.
He is a positive psychology coach, co-founder of The Joy Revolution™, and author of the book Beyond Resilient: The Coach’s Guide to Ecstatic Growth. He specializes in transitions, leadership, performance, and well-being, helping people break through to the next level to find greater enjoyment and purpose in their lives. With a focus on misfit entrepreneurs and leaders who march to the beat of their own drum, Marc’s coaching empowers people to claim their own joy as they make a difference for others. Marc served as the Associate Director of Health Promotion and of Multicultural Programs and Services at Emory University where he developed programs and curriculum on social justice, positive psychology, and community engagement. He has received a BS in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology and a Masters in Public Health in Policy and Management, as well as coaching accolades from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the WholeBeing Institute. Pipo le Garagiste et sa Dépanneuse vont venir en aide à une tractopelle pour qu'il puisse reprendre le nettoyage des rues !
Pipo le garagiste est un dessin animé pour les enfants. La dépanneuse du garage automobile doit récuperer les vehicules et camions cassés comme le camion pompier, la voiture de police ou encore le Monster Truck superman ! Une fois dans le garage pour les voitures, c'est au tour de Pipo le garagiste de laver et de réparer le véhicule abîmé.

Pipo Le Garagiste - Episode 9
Allo ? Que puis-je faire pour vous ? Votre tractopelle est cassé ? Il faut le réparer, j'arrive tout de suite avec la dépanneuse pour l'emmener au garage! Allez les enfants, on est partis !
Bonjour les enfants, moi c’est Pipo. Bienvenue dans le garage où l'on peut réparer toute sorte de véhicule !
Aujourd’hui nous devons réparer un Tractopelle. C'est parti !
Première étape, le lavage!
Maintenant qu’il est lavé, il faut le sécher !
2e étape, il faut changer les roues!
Commençons par enlever les anciennes roues.
Les roues bleu et jaune feront parfaitement l'affaire !
Ajoutons maintenant de nouvelles pièces !
La cabine est toute cassée, enlevons là et mettons en une nouvelle !
La pelle (/bras articulé) arrière est en mauvais état, remplaçons-la !
ajoutons maintenant deux garde-boues,
un à l'arrière,
et un autre à l'avant !
Maintenant, que diriez-vous les enfants de peindre le vaisseau?
Les tractopelles sont de couleur jaune, c'est parti pour la peinture!
Ah c'est beaucoup mieux !
Et Pour finir, la pièce maitresse : une nouvelle pelle à l'avant!"
Ca y est, le tractopelle est réparé !
il peut maintenant soulever des objets lourds et creuser la terre !
Allons-y les enfants suivons-le!
Regardez, le tractopelle utilise son bras articulé (/sa pelle) pour creuser un trou et ramasser de la boue!"Mais où va-t-il mettre tout ça? Oh mais regardez! Le camion benne arrive!
Maintenant, le tractopelle peut déverser ses déchets dans la benne du camion qui ira les jeter ensuite !
Une pierre gène la route par terre ! Rien n'est trop lourd pour le tractopelle, regardez comme il la soulève facilement!
mission accomplie !
