सफलता लोगों को समझने से मिलती हैं, लोगों की जरूरतों को समझने से मिलती है, लोगों के स्वभाव को समझने से मिलती है, लोगों के चेहरे पढ़ने से मिलती है, लोगों की बॉडी लैंग्वेज को समझने से मिलती है, लोगों के मन के अंदर उठे विचारों को पढ़ने से मिलती है। सफल लोग लोगों का कड़ा मूल्यांकन और अध्ययन दोनों करते हैं। जिससे उन्हें लोगों की आवश्यकताओं को समझने में मदद मिलती है।

लोगों को समझना एक विज्ञान है, लोगों की जरूरतों को समझना एक विज्ञान है, लोगों के हाव भाव से उनके मन के विचारों को समझना एक विज्ञान है। जो व्यक्ति इस काम में अनुभवी हो गया, वो सफलता को अपना गुलाम बना लेगा, दुनिया पर राज करेगा क्योंकि दुनिया लोगों से बनती हैं। यदि आप लोगों को ही समझ गए तो उन्हें कंट्रोल करना आसान हो जाता है। दुनिया के सफलतम लोग इस सिद्धांत का अनुसरण करते हैं और लोगों को अनुसरण करना सिखाते हैं।

लोग सब कुछ बदल सकते हैं, लेकिन अपने स्वभाव को नहीं बदल सकते क्योंकि प्राकृतिक स्वभाव बदलना इंसान के वश में नहीं है। व्यक्ति अपनी आदतें बदल सकता है, संस्कार बदल सकता है, विचार बदल सकता है, लेकिन स्वभाव को नहीं बदल सकता। उस स्वभाव को समझने की जरूरत है, आपका स्वभाव बदल जाएगा। आपका स्वभाव सफलता खींचने वाला बन जाएगा। आप सफलता को जीतने में महारत हासिल कर लेंगे।
